Bhasme Sporting Club Receives 10 Sets of Jerseys from USA-based Supporter
Damak–3, Dumse, Jhapa — Bhasme Sporting Club, a local football club based in Damak–3, Dumse, has received a generous donation of 10 sets of jerseys from social worker Anish Lama, who is currently residing in Pennsylvania, USA.
Originally from the Bhutanese refugee camp in Khudunabari, Lama has extended his support to promote local sports activities in the community. The jerseys were handed over to the club’s advisor, Kshitij Khadka, through Sanjay Rai, a resident of the Beldangi settlement.
The club has expressed heartfelt gratitude to both Anish Lama and Sanjay Rai for their valuable support. Club representatives stated that such contributions play a significant role in encouraging and developing local sports.
Bhasme Sporting Club also shared its hope that continued support from well-wishers will further strengthen community-level sports initiatives and inspire young athletes in the region.
