ECDC Beldangi Honors Nakshatra Foundation for Lifelong Support

ECDC Beldangi organized a meaningful program at the school premises to warmly welcome and honor Mr. Arjun Subedi, Founder and CEO of the Nakshatra Foundation, in recognition of his long-standing support. The event was attended by guardians, students, teachers, and the founding members of the school. The program was hosted by teacher Mr. Tek Bahadur Bhujel.

During the program, ECDC School In-charge Mr. Mani Raj Subba highlighted the Foundation’s crucial role in supporting the school since its establishment. He recalled the challenging period when GBO ended its support for staff management and essential needs in March 2025. Drawing everyone’s attention, he shared that ECDC Beldangi had patiently waited until September 2025 for GBO’s continued support, but GBO did not respond or continue its support. During this time, the school’s dedicated staff worked tirelessly for the students’ future without any incentives, demonstrating their unwavering commitment and love for the children.

At this critical moment, ECDC approached its regular and trusted donor, the Nakshatra Foundation, which responded positively and stepped forward to support the school, filling the gap left by GBO and ensuring stability for the students and staff.

ECDC Advisor Mr. Devi Das Rai expressed heartfelt gratitude, acknowledging the Foundation’s far-sighted vision and generous spirit. Representing the guardians, Ms. Shreejana Tiwari also extended appreciation, sharing that the Foundation’s support has brought renewed hope and confidence to children and families alike.

To honor Mr. Subedi’s remarkable dedication, ECDC Beldangi presented him with a dossalla and a letter of appreciation, symbolizing both gratitude and a shared commitment to the future of every child.
